Communication Policy
How Cyber War Labs separates essential service messages from optional marketing email.
This version is immutable development copy, but it is not approved legal text. Public registration remains disabled until a reviewed snapshot is explicitly approved and activated.
Operational communications
Account, security, access, privacy, lab lifecycle and credential delivery messages required to operate or protect the service are operational communications. They are separate from marketing preferences.
Optional marketing email
You may optionally ask Cyber War Labs to send learning releases, event information and offers by email. The option is off by default, is not required to create or use an account, and is recorded only after an affirmative choice.
Withdrawal
You can withdraw marketing permission at any time in Settings without losing your account, lab access, progress, reports or credentials. Withdrawal activates suppression for marketing and CRM connectors.
